- Goals: Lindsay & Jason had big expectations for their west coast Yosemite wedding day. They rented the entire grounds of the awe striking Château Du Sureau in Oakhurst, and wanted to have a wedding day & weekend that was out of an old time fairytale.
- Vision: A gorgeous but stress free wedding day that felt out of a fairytale!
- Client Feelings: Planning a Yosemite wedding from out of state, they had many questions as far as which vendors in the area would be good to work with as well as who could tie it all together for them so they could enjoy their wedding day.
How We Executed
1:Discovery Call
It was exciting learning about Lindsay & Jason’s wedding dreams for the Château!
The property really spoke to them with the old European style grounds and it inspired their old time wedding fairytale.
They wanted a coordinator that could guide the rest of their planning to achieve their wedding weekend goals, as well as someone who could perfectly bring their vision to life.
2: Planning and Coordination
I customized lists and remaining planning details for Lindsay & Jason, as well as offered vendor insights, to help them with the remaining planning details.
I then created custom timelines & layouts to help vendors and family understand the vision and how it would be executed for their day & weekend.
3: Execution
At the 45 day out mark, I completely took over communications and logistics for Lindsay & Jason.
I handled communication with the venue, overnight accommodations, catering + bar, and location layouts, as well as all other day of vendors.
On their wedding day, we perfectly styled their wedding designs, managed all day of vendors, and seamlessly executed their day among the three different locations: ceremony, cocktail hour, & their reception as well as provided a champagne wall for their seating chart.
