- Goals: Lesley & Gregory knew exactly what they wanted for their wedding day at Tenaya Lodge! They came to me with their mountain vision for their day and how they wanted it to flow. But, they knew they needed help putting together all the pieces.
- Vision: A seamlessly coordinated day where Lesley & Gregory could enjoy every moment without worrying about how it was coming together or what was coming next.
- Client Feelings: Lesley & Gregory were concerned with how to make their wedding vision come together without them or their families having to work their day.
How We Executed
1:Discovery Call
I wanted to find out exactly what Lesley & Gregory were worried about for their wedding day.
They were mainly concerned with how they could bring their wedding vision to life without sacrificing time & energy. This included them and their families.
2: Coordination Logistics & Details
I put together a custom timeline and execution plan. This way Lesley & Gregory knew exactly how each part of their wedding day would flow and come together.
I wanted to make sure they knew my team and I could handle everything they envisioned on their day. We reassured them there would be no need for any family involvement. They could relax knowing everyone could fully enjoy their day.
3: Execution
Their month of coordination services started 45 days out from their wedding date, where we finalized their wedding day timelines, execution plan, and layouts.
I then took over all of their vendor communication and ensured all vendors had the finalized documents to successfully execute their wedding day.
On their wedding day, we perfectly styled their wedding designs and managed all day-of vendors. We seamlessly executed their day at Tenaya Lodge at Yosemite’s beautiful outdoor spaces.

“Jessica (The Wandering Bride) did such an AMAZING job as our day-of-coordinator for our June 2022 Tenaya Lodge wedding! Jessica went above and beyond to make sure our big day was perfect (and it was)!
She helped us with things like creating our timeline, contacting/coordinating with our vendors, leading our rehearsal, setting up our ceremony and reception decor/details, transferring items from the ceremony to reception, moving our items to our storage area, helping the day move smoothly according to the timeline, and more! Jess did so much as our day-of-coordinator, and therefore, took such a big stress off of us and our families.
From our initial inquiry to after the wedding – Jessica has always provided us with the best care and service. Jessica always made us feel comfortable and her friendly personality helped keep us and our families so relaxed and reassured. She was always prompt in answering our questions and kept in close contact with us.
Jessica is the sweetest and most talented at what she does and we cannot recommend The Wandering Bride enough to anyone looking for an amazing wedding coordinator.
