- Goals: Lauren & Brian wanted a heartfelt Yosemite wedding day that balanced natural beauty with an elevated reception experience that was different & bold.
- Vision: A fall ceremony by the river at Sentinel Beach paired with a bright over the top, celebration reception at Rush Creek Lodge.
- Client Feelings: They needed help navigating Yosemite logistics and vendor sourcing & coordination in addition to creating a wedding design that felt like them. They really want to create a day that felt personal to them, but was also stress-free.
How We Executed
1: planning recon meetings
We defined their priorities early—focusing on guest experience, bold multi-color designs, and a smooth flow between locations.
Lauren & Brian trusted us to guide planning decisions and organize their planning so we were setup for a successful wedding day.
2: logistics and coordination
We handled vendor sourcing, contracts, timelines, and coordination between the ceremony and reception locations, ensuring all logistics were accounted for.
We oversaw each wedding design to ensure their unique vision & wants were captured seamlessly.
3: execution
In the days before the wedding, we finalized details and confirmed setup needs. On the wedding day, we managed the ceremony setup at Sentinel Beach, coordinated vendor arrivals, and ensured a seamless transition to Rush Creek Lodge—allowing Lauren & Brian to fully enjoy their celebration.
The designs at Rush Creek Lodge began early in the morning to allow our team to be both at Sentinel Beach and Rush Creek for the full wedding setups.
