Goals: After securing their venue at The Ahwahnee Hotel and Cathedral Beach, Jessica & Robert wanted to make sure they had someone with them on their wedding day. They needed someone who could help them figure out the logistics and successfully handle both of their wedding locations on their day of.

Vision: A seamlessly coordinated day where Jessica & Robert did not have to worry about any logistics or issues at either of their wedding locations.

Client Feelings: Jessica & Robert were concerned with how to figure out the day of logistics between their two different Yosemite Valley wedding locations. They needed someone to coordinate on the day-of. This way, they wouldn’t worry about how things came together.

How We Executed

1:Discovery Call

I wanted to find out what Jessica & Robert were worried about and excited for.

The couple was mainly concerned with the actual logistics for their two locations on opposite sides of Yosemite Valley. It was also on a Saturday in prime season. They wondered how to bring their vision to life on their day.

They wanted someone who could seamlessly ease these concerns for them.

2: Logistics and Coordination

I put together custom planning materials and timelines for Jessica & Robert in our planning software.

I strategically planned out every little detail for the wedding day logistics between the two Yosemite Valley locations. This way, they knew exactly how each part of their wedding day would flow.

3: Execution

Their month of coordination services started 45 days out from their wedding date, where we finalized their wedding day timelines and layouts.

I then took over all of their vendor communication. I ensured everyone had the finalized documents to successfully execute their wedding day.

We perfectly styled their wedding designs, managed all day-of vendors, and seamlessly executed their day. This was across the two different locations: Cathedral Beach and The Ahwahnee Hotel.

Jessica helped us plan our wedding in Yosemite as a Day-Of Coordinator.

She was a very steady hand in helping us wrap up the final pieces leading up to the wedding and also keeping us on track throughout the day. She did a fantastic job, and we are very grateful for her presence. It allowed us to enjoy the day even though there was so much going on.
