- Client Feelings: They wanted a planning partner to manage the complexities of hosting both ceremony and reception at a historic venue in Yosemite National Park so they could relax and soak in the experience.
How We Executed
1: planning recon meetings
We walked through the full wedding vision, guest flow, and design priorities, ensuring every moment aligned with the elegance of The Ahwahnee.
Planning was structured, thoughtful, and never overwhelming for the couple. Using our thoughtful planning checklist, planning tasks were assigned and all questions on next steps were clarified.
2: logistics and coordination
We collaborated closely with the venue team at The Ahwahnee Hotel and vendors to coordinate timelines, layouts, and the full event flow—all while handling all communication and wedding weekend logistics on Hannah & David’s behalf.
3: Execution
Leading up to the wedding, we finalized layouts, timelines, and ceremony details. On the day itself, we oversaw all setups, communicated with vendors, and supported the couple from start to finish to ensure a flawless and elevated celebration of their love story.
We also executed the welcome event at Curry Village the day before the wedding along with the beach float along the Merced River the day after.
