- Vision: Creating the most memorable wedding day in Yosemite. They wanted to showcase several amazing locations and views all while fully enjoying their day.
- Client Feelings: With extremely busy schedules, Celia & Travis needed tailored wedding & Yosemite advice to help them plan and execute their wedding day from afar.
How We Executed
1:Discovery Call
Working with Celia & Travis on their Yosemite wedding was such a fun part of our 2024 wedding season.
Their adventurous spirits and international lifestyle as broadway actors added a unique layer to their planning process. We typically connected from far off corners of the world.
They needed someone to be their local Yosemite guide. I offered insider knowledge and personalized recommendations to ensure a seamless destination wedding experience.
2: Knowledge and Coordination
My planning software truly was a game changer for Celia & Travis’ wedding planning.
I could upload my Yosemite and coordination details for them to use and be inspired by.
We were able to easily collaborate on items when they were needed. It worked best for their busy lives and different time zones.
3: Execution
From curating a relaxed & alternative brunch at the stunning Cathedral Beach, complete with lux rugs and plush poufs, to orchestrating the logistics of the entire 3-event celebration, my team and I were dedicated to bringing their vision to life.
The day started with a sunrise ceremony at Glacier Point. Then, we did brunch at Cathedral beach. We ended with a full wedding reception that evening at The Ahwahnee Hotel.

Jessica was an absolute dream to work with! My wife and I planned our Yosemite wedding from across the country and having Jessica made everything click into place so much easier.
On the day of the wedding, she was with us every step of the way making sure everything was just the way we wanted it. Her and her team seamlessly set up and tore down the multiple events we had on the day.
On top of that Jessica is an extremely pleasant person to be around, if you have the chance to work with her don’t hesitate!
