- Goals: Breighanna & Brandon wanted to have an epic wedding elopement without worrying about any specifics for the day!
- Vision: We wanted to curate a fun and Yosemite-focused wedding day for Breighanna & Brandon that they enjoyed from start to finish.
- Client Feelings: They needed help planning a Yosemite wedding elopement while juggling busy careers. Breigh & Brandon had no idea where to begin or how to make the day come together so they could enjoy every moment of it.
How We Executed
1: Planning Recon Meeting
For full planning clients, monthly meetings are set up to dive deeper into the overall wants and vision for the wedding day.
We go step by step through our curated planning guide. It’s never overwhelming or too much at any specific time.
Breighanna & Brandon knew they wanted to get married with an epic view behind them and feel completely spoiled throughout their day. They also trusted me completely to handle the specifics for their day. They didn’t want to have to worry about too much in the planning process.
2: Logistics and Coordination
Once I knew the specific wants and budget for the wedding day, I got to work! I began sourcing and booking all needed vendors to make the day come together.
This included getting quotes, entering into contract, and planning all the details with each specific wedding vendor.
All communication through the wedding planning process and the day-of is handled by us.
3: Execution
Days before the wedding, we picked up rental items, decor, cake & florals. We also finalized the wedding timeline and setup requirements for each location.
The day before I met Breighanna & Brandon at their airbnb and dropped off the items for the wedding day setup. We went over the specifics again for the day-of.
Then on the wedding day, I was the first to arrive at each location to set up the scene. I also assisted the couple and vendors to ensure Breigh & Brandon had the most successful wedding day.

Jess is a literal DREAM to work with! I originally hired her for month-of-coordination for our Yosemite elopement. But, shortly after beginning our work together, I decided to hand over the reins and have her finish up my planning. She is incredibly responsive and brings so much joy and enthusiasm to the planning process. You truly feel she is just as excited as you are!
My fiancé and I are from out-of-state, so having her knowledge of the area and vendors, as well as her general wedding/elopement expertise, was invaluable. She completely brought our visions to life and put together a perfect timeline for our day.
Not only that, but she surprised us with super sweet personal touches, like customized luggage tags attached to our picnic basket. Also, she designed the most beautiful sweetheart table for our private dinner at our Vrbo!
She was with us and communicating with the rest of our vendors the entire day. She didn’t leave our side until we were ready to call it a night. I can honestly say, aside from choosing to elope in Yosemite, hiring Jess was the best decision we made for our wedding day. I’m sad to be done working together!
