Goals & Vision

we listen, then make magic

Goals: Allison & Michael came to me after they secured their venue at the iconic Ahwahnee Hotel in Yosemite Valley. They wanted to feel more secure in the rest of their planning decisions. They also wanted to trust that their vision for their day would be fully executed the way they intended it to be.

Vision: I wanted to make the couple feel empowered & supported in their final decision making for their wedding day. So, we agreed to put together a thorough execution plan & timeline to ease wedding day stressors.

Client Feelings: Allison & Michael were overwhelmed with wedding decisions. They were worried about making the wrong choices through the end of their wedding planning that would affect their enjoyment of their wedding.

How We Executed

1:Discovery Call

This discovery call was used to get to know Allison & Michael. I wanted to learn about their current problem areas and wishes for their wedding day.

I uncovered that they both felt uneasy about all the decisions they were making for the wedding. They wanted to feel like they were making choices based on an understanding of how their day would flow.

They also wanted to make sure they had someone onboard for their day that could bring their visions to life.

2: Planning and Coordination

After learning more about where their decision making worries came from, I put together custom planning materials and timelines. These would help them feel supported through the rest of their wedding planning.

I also constructed thorough execution plans so they knew exactly how each part of their wedding day would flow and come together.

3: Execution

Their month of coordination came into play 45 days out from their wedding date. This is where we finalized their wedding day timelines and layouts.

Then, I took over all of their vendor communication. This meant ensuring everyone had the finalized documents to successfully execute Allison & Michael’s wedding day.

On their wedding day, we perfectly styled their wedding designs, managed all day of vendors, and seamlessly executed their day among the three different locations: ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception.

Having Jessica to help us plan logistics for our big day, along with making sure everything ran smoothly on the day of, was the best decision we made!

Jessica was a supporter, cheerleader, a positive and friendly face and offered wonderful advice when we had a hard time making some wedding day decisions. We utilized Jessica’s month/day of package, however, Jessica was very accommodating and kind in allowing us to reach out to her before taking over month-of to pick her wedding expertise brain. She was always responsive and communicated clearly.

Jessica went above and beyond in many ways, even doing a site-visit tour for us since we were from out of town. We wouldn’t have had such a beautiful, flowing day without her. We highly recommend you utilizing Jessica and Maggie- such a wonderful duo!
